The Journal of the Indian Academy of Timber Sciences is the official publication of the Indian Academy of Timber Sciences. It publishes papers on all aspects of wood, cellulose, and their products, such as logging, sawmilling, woodworking, plywood, fiberboard, particleboard, improved wood and composite wood, cellulose and cellulose based science and industry, as well as related fields typically classified as "wood science". It also includes biological sciences related to wood and wood products. This journal aims to cover research in various aspects of wood science and related fields related to wood resource utilization.
